| We have used Jim Nesbitt at least 3 times so far , new and returning customers. I do have to say that he dives deep into diagnosis of the problem of a vehicle. Sometimes you think you have it solved and fixed and then a new issue pops up, he makes is right ! He fixed the hidden problem with no additional charges from the initial fix. Yes, that's right!!! Did NOT pile on charges!! Recently my 10 yr. old Kia was stalling, at the same time my husband was in the hospital. Nesbitt Auto was compassionate about my situation and kept me informed about the diagnostics and repairs of my car. He even took it on several test runs to be sure it was ready to go. I consulted with him on my husbands 2012 car, the transmission was shot and with 175,000 miles, Jim was honest and upfront that a transmission would be worth more than the car. I feel he is very honest and most of all he stands behind his work. I have a new mechanic !! |

| Jim and his team are great to work with. From booking the appointment to time of pick up, could not ask for better customer service. Scheduling time is accurate. Been using Nesbitt's for several years for both our vehicles repairs. This is definitely a place you can trust to be honest and not just change parts for the sake of racking up expenses. | This is the best place to go for honest mechanics !! I have been going to them for over 10 years and my sister more than that. I have an old truck that had sat for 7 or more years, they took it one step at a time, found some major problems but found ways to save me money in repairing it and getting it back on the road. They stand behind the work they do and will take the time to explain everything that needs to be done. When I was told the bad news about my rusted out Grand Am frame they could have done the service that I took it in for and charged me but when they checked out the frame and said not worth to fix it, I had to go my other route and get the old truck running..I would refer anyone with any kind of car problems to this shop because they are the real deal and look out for their customers !!! |
